AFTER SALES SERVICE
For repair or any After Sales Service, you have several options:
> Drop off your glasses.
The Marbeuf Optique store, located at 28 rue Marbeuf, 75008 Paris, France, is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. The store will repair your glasses as much as it is possible. You will be contacted to pick them up.

By registered letter or declared value with insurance at the following address

Unfortunately, sales outside EU are final. We do not accept return from outside the EU.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be put back on the market in new condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not accepted. The Customer shall then return the Product(s), at his/her own expense.
The customer service is accessible from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm by e-mail at the following address email@example.com. The editor undertakes to provide an answer within 5 working days. Email us to request a free shipping label.
The Customer has up to fourteen days after receipt of the order to inform us of his/her decision to withdraw.
If the Products are not returned within the fourteen (14) day period, the Order shall be deemed final and no refund shall be made.
